Part of the first collection of 2021 — an exploration of texture and color, inspired by the juniper trees and sage scrubby buses in Utah.

This woven wall hanging was made with sari silk, art yarn, wool and soft cotton cord. The wood was foraged at a canyon in far western Kansas. Woven goods will be wrapped neatly and tied with twine.

This is considered a small wall hanging, ideal for nestling among other pieces of artwork on a gallery wall (or on a narrower wall space).

MEASUREMENT INFORMATION:

• 7” wide x 16” long — the width and length of the woven body and fringe.

• 10” wide x 21” long — the width of the wood rod, and the length of where the nail will be to the farthest tip of fringe.
