Please take a moment to review our return policy below:

COMMISSION WORKS

I cannot take returns/refunds on commissioned woven wall hangings. To ensure that you love your commission, I will send you photos throughout the commission process for your approval. This includes a photo of the yarns/fibers I’ve selected based on your requests, several process photos as I weave, and photo/video documentation of your weaving after it’s complete. I will not ship your commission until I hear your approval, and will take great care to safely package your weaving.

Of course, I want you to be happy with your commission — so if after all of that you’re not happy, please email me immediately after receiving your commission piece explaining the issue.

WOVEN WALL HANGINGS (Ready made, NOT COMMISSIONED)

I can assure the work I send to you is meant to last for years to come, and made with heirloom quality. However, due to the nature of the one-woman operations and the unique nature of my artwork, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchases made through our store.

I acknowledge it can sometimes be difficult to determine the size of a wall hanging in a photo, but I share the measurements of each work in the descriptions. This includes the measurements of the woven body & fringe itself, and also the full size (including the branch and cotton string hanger). Please look at that measurement to ensure it’s the size you need. You are more than welcome to contact me at kate@lionheartcanyonstudio.com for additional photos showing the scale, if you’d like.

I also do my best to photograph each weaving so the colors are true, but please understand that colors may look different from screen to screen. I include a description of the colors used, so please be sure to read that before ordering. You are more than welcome to contact me at kate@lionheartcanyonstudio.com for additional photos showing the artwork you have in mind.

I always take care to package woven wall hangings so they arrive safe and dry on your doorstep. There shouldn’t be issues with woven wall hangings arriving damaged.

STICKERS, MAGNETS, PAPER GOODS, CHILDREN’S BOOKS

I inspect each sticker, magnet, paper good and children’s book before mailing, to ensure it is in perfect condition. This means no bends or tears. I intentionally package your order well, and rarely experience issues with shipping. I do know on the rare occasion, a postal carrier may crush or bend flexible envelopes. Should your order arrive damaged, please immediately email a photo of both the product AND the shipping material to kate@lionheartcanyonstudio.com.

GIFT CARDS, DOWNLOADABLE GOODS & COURSES

E-book digital files, gift cards, downloadable goods and courses are nonrefundable. Digital and downloadable goods will never expire.

LOST/UNDELIVERED/STOLEN PACKAGES

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before you submit your order. If your address is incorrectly submitted, packages generally will be sent back to me. I am happy to forward to your correct address after it comes back, but I will invoice you to cover the cost of shipping.

Should USPS lose your package or it’s undelivered/stolen, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for replacing lost, undelivered or stolen items. Due to the extensive time and unique nature of each woven wall hanging, I cannot remake/replace original works free of charge at the mistake of USPS (lost, undelivered, or stolen). Of course, we hope this never happens!
