A cozy addition to the Lionheart Canyon Studio 2020 Holiday Shop, as a debut circular weaving from Kate Laing.

This woven wall hanging was made with Belgian wool roving, sari silk, chiffon ribbon, and various yarns. Woven onto a wooden embroidery hoop that’s wrapped in sari silk, and suspended by a piece of tied sari silk. Weavings will be wrapped neatly, tied with twine and a sprig of pine.

This is considered a small wall hanging, ideal for nestling among other pieces of artwork on a gallery wall (or on a narrower wall space).

MEASUREMENT INFORMATION:

• 6.5” wide x 6.5” long — the width and length of the circular hoop.

• 6.5” wide x 11” long — the width of the circular hoop, and the length of where the topmost point hits to the bottom of the hoop.
