"The Wild Woman Rises Like the Moon" Medium Weaving
Woven with Italian art yarn, Belgian wool roving, handmade art yarn, sari silk, hand torn velvet and yarn. The wood was foraged from my hidden canyon in far western Kansas.
The “Wild Woman Rises Like the Moon” statement weaving was created for Lionheart Canyon Studio’s debut collection, “The Earth’s Wild Bones Feel More Alive Here.”
This is considered a medium wall hanging.
MEASUREMENT INFORMATION:
14” wide x 24” long — the width and length of the woven body and fringe.
18” wide x 30” long — the width of the wood rod, and the length of where the nail will be to the farthest tip of fringe.
