This woven wall hanging was handmade with golden-accented vintage ribbon, sari silk, wool roving, embellished cotton cord and recycled cotton cord. Sewn onto a piece of ethically foraged driftwood from Artist's Point on Lake Superior (Grand Marais, Minnesota).

Woven works will be wrapped neatly in paper and tied with twine. Handwoven by Kate Laing on a frame loom, 2024.

This is considered a small but statement wall hanging, perfect for displaying along with other pieces of artwork on a gallery wall or small space.
